What is Cultivate CFA?

Cultivate CFA is the leadership development program at Chick-fil-A Hammond Drive is committed to developing leaders and creating opportunities for individuals seeking to have a career within Chick-fil-A Hammond or any other organization. You will work towards becoming a Director Level Leader growing both personally and professionally, and expanding your leadership experience in all facets of the business. During your time you will work under the guidance of Alex Rodriguez and the leadership team. Alex is an Operator who has a proven history of developing leaders who have become Chick-fil-A Operators and full time employees at the Chick-fil-A Support Center. Additionally, Alex has worked with Chick-fil-A Operators around the country in the area of leadership development.
